Three spectacular courses
A round of golf in any of the three golf courses at La Cala is an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by mountains and the Mediterranean the breathtaking scenery will remain with you for a very long time. The three 18-hole courses offer different challenges. The Ladies European Tour Q-school in 2005 and 2006 and the 18th PGA Spanish Pairs Championship were all hosted here.
An outdoor playground for sports enthusiasts
La Cala is a sports oriented resort. Alongside the three 18-hole championship golf courses, they host the only David Leadbetter golf academy in Spain. There is a full-size FIFA approved football pitch with attendant facilities, tennis courts, squash court and a gymnasium.

La Cala Golf - Europa - Asia - America
La Cala Resort boasts three 18-hole championship golf courses designed by the renowned Cabell Robinson, a star student of the legendary Robert Trent Jones. There is also a top quality six hole par 3 course. With the four-star hotel and three golf courses, you as a visiting player do not have to leave the resort to enjoy a varied holiday and golf experience.
A round of golf on one of the La Cala courses is an unforgettable experience. Okay, you can lose a few balls, your mood, friends (temporarily) or all three, but one thing you won't lose is the memory of one of the most spectacular golf landscapes in the world.
The courses are located in a nature reserve, surrounded by mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, amid breathtaking landscapes that will stay with you for a long time.
The three 18-hole courses offer different challenges. The Ladies European Tour Q-school was held on the America track in 2005 and 2006. This track is longer than the tight, challenging Asia course. This court hosted the 2007 Spanish Pairs 18th PGA Championship, won by Miguel Ángel and Andres Jimenez. The Europe course opened in 2005 and has received a lot of positive feedback from top golfers who play there regularly.
The par 3 course offers a good practice opportunity for beginners and experienced players. There is also an open and a covered driving range. Advanced technologies are available including Europe's only TaylorMade Performance Lab, a SAM putting lab, ZenoLINK biomechanics analysis, etc. There is of course a practice green and a club fitting service for all necessary equipment adjustments. The clubhouse has a fully equipped pro shop and luxurious changing rooms with a gym and sauna.
The clubhouse is designed in the style of a traditional Andalusian Cortijo (farm). The 19th hole is the favorite meeting place before and after a round. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, evening meals and snacks throughout the day. An extensive range of drinks is available and you can sit in the lounge (air-conditioned) or on the spacious, shaded terrace overlooking the Asia course. In addition, all top sports events are shown daily on satellite TV.
