Origin of Golf Ibiza
Golf Ibiza has its origins in the old golf club of Roca Llisa, which opened its doors in 1972 with a 9-hole golf course, becoming the first golf club on the island.
Twenty years later, in 1992, the 18-hole golf course known as Ibiza Golf Club was inaugurated. Later, both clubs were united under one name, the current Golf Ibiza.
The golf club
The golf course is just seven kilometers from Ibiza's capital and halfway between the towns of Jesus and Santa Eulalia. In addition, it has two courses with very different characteristics, located in a beautiful valley near the coast with beautiful views. Here you can play golf with family and friends while enjoying the scenery.
The golf club is divided into two courses of 9 and 18 holes respectively. Most holes have large greens, protected by strategically placed bunkers. Several holes are surrounded by trees and lakes on the routes. These features, together with the naturally beautiful rugged terrain and constant sea breezes, make it a unique and very enjoyable place to play golf.
