Vale do Lobo Golf - Royal en Ocean
Golf at Vale do Lobo is one of the icons of the Algarve. Enjoy the challenge of these ocean view golf courses.
The Royal course
The Royal Golf Course has undulating fairways set amongst pine trees and beautiful lakes surrounded by wildflowers. The Royal Golf Course features the almost island green of the 9th and the famous 16th, with cliff transfer - one of the most celebrated golf images in the world, which has become the true symbol of golf in the Algarve.
The Ocean course
The Ocean Golf Course has undulating fairways that run along the nature reserve, before slowly leading to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The front nine are on a slightly hilly land typical of Vale do Lobo, surrounded by pine trees with sea views from several holes. The back nine in particular are characterized by spectacular ocean views, with some holes reaching almost to the beach. Upon reaching the top of the hill on the 11th, players suddenly come to a view fit to take the breath of the most focused golfer. The fairway runs straight down towards the beach and, for the next few holes, beautiful views and Atlantic breezes are guaranteed to make a player's round exciting, even if his play is below expectations.
The unforgettable experience on the holes continues in the clubhouse. Here you will find the golf shop, fitness center, changing rooms and lockers. Clubs, buggy and trolley rentals are also available.
The ever-popular Spikes Restaurant and bar make the clubhouse an inviting destination for golfers and non-players alike.
