Santa Maria Golf & Country Club

The golf course is located in an environment of incomparable natural beauty in the mountains of Andalusia.

It passes through two valleys, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, in one of the most densely wooded areas of the municipality.

The trail winds through the valley and climbs the side of the mountain before crossing the highway in a northerly direction.
The first nine holes were designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido. The hole on the 7th, a par-3 of nearly 200 yards, is reached from elevated tees. The next hole, a par-5, is a dogleg to the right with water on the right. The 14th also starts with a very high tee, flanks a lake and ends on a green with a waterfall on the right.

Surrounded by numerous apartment buildings, but that doesn't detract from its beauty, the course also has two practice courses, three putting greens and five short holes.

It is reached by passing under the road tunnel. Turning to the left, we find the competition tees for the seventh hole. The yellow tee on this long par three requires a drive of 194 meters. Unsurprisingly, not all golfers will reach the green at once.
