Marbella Club Golf Resort is a fantastic Dave Thomas designed and built golf course with superb horse riding facilities and a unique Club House Restaurant.
The resort, although is part of the finest hotels in Marbella, the Marbella Club Hotel and the Puente Romano Hotel, it is located a few miles west of Marbella, overlooking the North African Coast, the rock of Gibraltar, the Mediterranean Sea and the Benahavis Mountains. The course itself is a magnificent experience but exclusive to residents in the resort, hotel guests and a limited number of visitors, all adding up to a maximum 80 players per day.
The golf course design is entertaining and absolutely fair, but not too easy. Greens are not difficult but well protected. Fairways are very lush and perfectly defined by contouring roughs and tee boxes provide breath-taking views and mean unforgettable tee shot experiences.
The Club House Restaurant is outstanding not only because of its colonial style and elegant ambiance but also because of its innovative menu which caters from a variety of snacks and sandwiches to the finest fish and meat dishes, a superb wine selection and a selection of refreshing cocktails.
