With 36 holes in Parkland, the old and new course in La Zagaleta settle in an astonishing backdrop of Mediterranean forests with breathtaking views of the Sea of ​​Alborán, Africa and Gibraltar.

Both courses offer a dynamic design of doglegs, left or right, where hitting the fairways from the tee becomes essential for attacking small but undulating greens from medium to close range. They are not long courses but they are very technical with a risk/reward strategy in place in many of the holes.

The peace, quiet and quiet is only occasionally broken by the sighting of a pheasant, a deer, roebuck or mouflon, permanent residents of La Zagaleta.

Zagaleta New Course was inaugurated in 2005 and truly merges golf with nature thanks to designer Steve Marnoch and Jonathan Gaunt, who took great care to ensure the course blends in with in beautiful surroundings. This Par 70 is a playful 18 holes of wonderful obstacles and doglegs. Zagaleta New Course adds a new dimension to the course’s character and provides unforgettable sights along the way.
