An undulating and scenic course with a long standing and deserved reputation for excellent course maintenance.

The undulating landscape of this course provides views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of the Serra do Caldeirao and whilst challenging players of all abilities, it is an enjoyable experience.

The course has retained as many of the old trees from the original landscape as possible as natural obstacles, and with the introduction of water hazards and well placed bunkers a player’s accuracy will be rewarded.

The 13th hole (Par -4) will find you looking down the fairway which is crossed by a stream, this requires a long drive and an accurate pitch, if you want to set up an opportunity for a birdie.

The course has an excellent reputation for course maintenance having been selected by the Portuguese Golf Federation as the Best Maintained Course in 2001.
