Thalasso therapy is a mixture of the climate, water, mud, seaweed and other substances extracted from the sea for curative purposes. The Louxo Hotel was one of the founding members of this therapy on the elite island of Toja.

Golf La Toja

This unique 9 hole course was designed in 1968 by the prestigious Ramóm Espinosa. The course actually makes up one quarter of the island of Toja one of Galicia’s most famous Islands and defiantly one of its most elitist. The rest of the island is made up of one quarter thick forest and one half hotels and exclusive private residences.

The whole island was originally used as grazing land until the healing thermal waters were discovered. After that, various hotels with conference centres and spas as well as the golf course were constructed. For being a nine hole course this is one of the most exciting courses you will ever play. There are 2 tee boxes for each hole, giving you the feeling that this is really an 18 hole course.

The Clubs restaurant is the perfect place to relax after this outstanding game. You will be so taken in by the scenery and the course that you´ll just want to sit back and enjoy a drink and some more of the scenery.
