Enjoying a fabulous location right next to the Maspalomas golf course the complex has a village feel centred around a gorgeous swimming pool.
The more up-market Maspalomas resort, with smart hotels, luxury residences and the largest golf course on the island, is separated from Playa del Inglés by a spectacular stretch of 400 hectares of dunes, which in 1994 were designated a national park. You can only cross the dunes on foot or by camel, which makes you believe you’re in a different part of the world altogether.
More freedom for you
The Cordial Green Golf Bungalows are 250 one and two bedroom bungalows. All of which have been recently renovated leaving them in immaculate condition, with modern furnishings and decor. Each bungalow has a small-grassed area or terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing or alfresco dining in private. A breakfast bar separates the lounge and kitchenette area, so you can enjoy the freedom of a self-catering holiday, however, the Cordial Green Golf Bungalows offer a selection of different dining options and board basis’ so you have a choice of where and what to eat at a time which suits you and your holiday.
Something for the younger guests
The complex is split into two areas with a large swimming pool at the centre of each, both pools are bordered by the bungalows and the golf course. For children there is daily and evening entertainment most days, including a mini disco and parrot shows. There is also a children’s playground, and plenty of space to run about and play.
On your doorstep
Just a few yards from the complex is Maspalomas Golf Course, which in turn is bordered by the Maspalomas Nature Reserve, a protected area of more than 400 hectares. The 18-hole immaculate Maspalomas golf course is flat with long and broad fairways. With close proximity to the sea the gentle breeze adds a refreshing influence to your game.

Lopesan Maspalomas Golf
Situated in the resort of Maspalomas, this Mackenzie Ross designed course opened in 1968. Lopesan Maspalomas Golf is surrounded by palm trees and the famous sand dunes of Maspalomas beach which gives the golf course a unique feel.
The course starts with a fairly gentle par 4 measuring 367m and at stroke index 13 there is a real chance of getting your round off to a great start with a par or even a birdie. The 10th hole is an interesting par 3 that on inspection of the card appears fairly gentle at 140m; however, you may feel different when you arrive at the tee. Your tee shot will have to carry an expanse of water and with trees protecting the left and right there is little room for error.
Lopesan Maspalomas has hosted two PGA tour events in 1995 and 1997; the events were won by Jarmo Sandelin and Spain’s José Maria Olazabal.
